Nice hotel, needs to be maintained. Nice pool, also for children. Breakfast disappoints. Many times the kitchen opens too late. Dinner reasonable.
We had our annual assembly here in April 2016. Served good food and the room is well temperature regulated and wide bed.

Our group of about 20 travelled to Tapachula many summers. The hotel was very accomodating and beautiful the pool and Garden area were lovely and the restaurant small But perfect!! The option to have a lovely fruit breakfast on the patio near the pool was shaded and nice. Fine experience several summers in a row. I am an American and felt safe with the friendly security there and I would happily choose to stay here again if we were to travel to this area again. Thank you for your attentiveness and hospitality! From one side you can see volcanoes or huge mountains off in the distance.. I was quite in love with this hotel!!!!
El hotel es muy bonito, lo puedes ver en internet. Las fotos que muestran son reales. Cuentan con área de alberca, jardin, restaurante, estacionamiento. Al hospedarse nos incluyeron un desayuno americano a cada uno, pero por $99.00 puedes tomar el desayuno buffet el cual está variado y rico. Es importante que te mencione que no ví que hubiera elevador, aunque es solo una planta alta, pero para personas mayores o con silla de ruedas creo es indispensable.
The staff can speak a little bit of English, but understanding, you need your Google translate on that. Over all.. it good. The burgers are very very good..
